The commission is calculated starting from the first month of the pizzeria’s operation. Payments begin in the third month of the pizzeria’s operation.
The amount of investment raised is less than our network’s quarterly EBITDA.
The investor has direct access to the pizzeria’s revenue data so they can track their returns themselves.
Expected income over 24 months: 113,000 ₼/month. Projected return on investment: 17−18.6% per year.
The investor will receive 7% of the monthly revenue until the investment is recouped. After the investment is recouped, the investor will receive 3.2% of the pizzeria’s monthly revenue.
We pay the investor a bonus based on a percentage of the pizzeria’s revenue. Legal form of the agreement: investment agreement. Contract term: 12 years.

Project leader at Dodo Azerbaijan. He has lived in Baku since 2023. He is fluent in Russian and English and speaks some Azerbaijani. He will build a pizzeria from the ground up, set up all the processes, organize the staff, and make a Dodster if needed.
Nuriya Aliyeva
Marketing director at Dodo Azerbaijan. She is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish. She previously worked at Red Bull and now runs her own marketing agency. In her free time, she writes poetry and teaches.
Iveta Osmanova
Social media manager. Part of the team since 2025. She has strengthened our social media marketing efforts from day one.
Azad Imanov
Manager of the Baku-1 pizzeria. He managed Dodo pizzerias in Moscow for several years. He has been with us in Baku since 2023. He is fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish, and English. He plays musical instruments and is a professional singer.
Nigyar Yolcheva
Manager of the Baku-2 pizzeria. Previously worked at the Baku-based Pizza Mizza chain. Skilled at establishing professional relationships. Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish. A philologist. Currently writing a dissertation.
Igor Fomichev
He will manage the Baku-3 pizzeria. He is fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian. He previously worked in logistics. He has been with us at Dodo since 2023 and quickly rose to the position of assistant manager. He is the star of our Instagram.
